Two new members proposed to the Arla Plast board
Suzanne Lagerholm is economist from Uppsala University and now runs her own consultancy business. She has extensive experience from the industry, where she was head of communications for ABB Sweden for several years and part of the company's Swedish management. Most recently, Suzanne had a similar position at Permobil. In addition to her work, she is also vice chairman of Carl Larsson's family association. Suzanne is a former member of the board of the World Childhood Foundation.
Arvid Sundblad is a trained forester from SLU and is currently Vice President Sales at Holmen Board and Paper. Arvid was previously CEO at Fiskeby Board, and for a long period, Marketing and Sales Manager at Iggesund Paperboard.
The Nomination Committee also proposes the re-election of the current board members Jan Synnersten, Thomas Widstrand, Maria Catoni, Ulf Hedlundh and Annelie Arnbäck.
Current board member Ola Salmén has declined re-election prior to the AGM.
The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be presented in the notice of the Arla Plast AGM 2025, which will be held on May 7th. Prior to the AGM 2025, the Arla Plast Nomination Committee consists of the following:
