Arla Plast announces outcome of exercise of warrants in warrant program

In August 2020, a warrant program was established in Arla Plast AB (“Arla Plast” or the “Company”) whereby 980,000 warrants of series 2020/2023 were issued. Each warrant entitled the holder to subscribe for one share in the Company at a price of SEK 29.77 during the period from and including 1 August 2023 up to and including 1 September 2023. The Company hereby announces that all warrants of series 2020/2023 have been exercised for subscription of new shares in the Company. The proceeds from the exercise amounts to approximately SEK 29 million.

The warrants were held and exercised by Kenneth Synnersten (through K Synnersten Holding AB) and Mats Synnersten (through Mats Synnersten AB) as well as employees and former employees of Arla Plast.

Due to the exercise of the warrants, the number of shares and votes in the Company will increase by 980,000, from 20,000,000 to 20,980,000, which entails a dilution of approximately 4.67 percent of the number of shares and votes in the Company. The share capital will increase by SEK 117,600, from SEK 2,400,000 to SEK 2,517,600.
