The Board

The Board's assignment is to manage the company's affairs on behalf of the owners. The board members are elected by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting for the period from the Annual General Meeting until the next Annual General Meeting

Arla Plast`s Board consists of seven board members which are elected by the AGM. The Board also includes two full members who has been appointed by the employee organisations IF Metall and Unionen. The Board together with the employee members consists of nine members.
