Code of Conduct
Arla Plast shall conduct its business and affairs in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations and with a high ethical standard.
Arla Plast respects and complies with the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Core Conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and does not accept discrimination, lack of the right to freedom of association and collective agreements, child labour, forced labour, exposure of young workers to risky jobs or other human rights failures.
Arla Plast has developed a Sustainability and Code of Conduct Policy, see below and also a publication "The Arla Plast Way" which is based on the Group's values and culture and aims to provide guidance for employees on how to be expected to act within Arla Plast in different situations.
